Thing 15. Library boats and Icebergs is an interesting concept for looking at Web 2.0 and Libraries. It is hard to imagine libraries not having a large print collection which is referred to as a 'just in case' print collection in this article. I like the idea that services should be able to be used by patrons without training.
To me Library 2.0 means library services using Web 2.0 thinking and technologies. Changes that sound exciting but would have to happen gradually for me to keep up!
